Les collectivités locales misent sur la mobilité électrique

With growing of mobility needs, local authorities are committed to air quality policies and encouraging the development of circulation with zero-emission vehicles.
French cities are key players in improving their commitment to electric mobility by adapting transport policies to the needs of their inhabitants. By mobilizing their skills, local authorities invest in innovative projects to renew their vehicle fleets, install charging stations, develop car-sharing or electrify their bus lines.
The transition to cleaner mobility is a major objective at the national level. Thus the Multiannual Energy Plan (PPE) project, revised in January 2020, specifies a clear framework to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, while preserving the ability to meet mobility needs. The program foresees that in 2030, 35% of passenger cars will be electric and 10% plug-in hybrids.
SIG's expertise makes it possible to meet the specifications of small and large eco-responsible cities in their electrification projects. Its know-how can be found in the French design of electric buses, utility vehicles, autonomous shuttles and equipments used on Greater Paris construction sites.
